On all of our transactions, unless otherwise specified the buyer pays for all closing costs.
All of our properties are sold on Warranty deed with a title insurance policy.
We are not a “turnkey provider” and we do not provide any guarantee on the future performance of the houses advertised as “turnkey” or “tenant occupied”, always do your own due diligence prior to getting under contract.
